Thanks for being patient with me guys, I've been so busy with convention work I've hardly had time to draw. I have a bit of a break now and can't wait to get stuck back into drawing time!
So expect some new artwork soon -This one should be done in not to long!

Most likely. I'd love to get myself a CINTIQ one of these days though I think I'll wait until my current one stops working ;7; either that or I'll just keep this as my mobile tablet if I end up getting one.

The version is Photoshop CS6, the newest one. I'm not sure that is what you meant tho.

Well there are many different Cintiq tablets ranging in prices

The newest one is Photoshop CC, I think. But the one before it is CS6...it's the one I use. .-.

Photoshop cs6 is the newest stand alone version you pay 200-300 done, there are no updates so you would have to buy cs7 in the future or switch to the cc subscription
Photoshop cc you pay a certain amount each month and get constant updates

To me it looks like Photo Shop, but it could be another program because it looks like she's using a cintique wacom tablet, which comes with it's own program I think, I have no clue, but those seem about like what she is working with.

You mean a drawing tablet?
The ones without screens where you draw on your tablet but it shows up on your computer screen are quite affordable. You can get a pretty good one for 100 dollars or less.
However, if you want one like the one pictured here, you're going to have to spend a lot more. Like 8 or 900 dollars I'd say. It's really not worth it if you ask me
