Description
During my trip to New York Comic-Con, I got my hands on the Mega Man comics that were made by Archie, a comic book company that has been around for a very long time. They were responsible for a variety of different comic series such as Sonic the Hedgehog, Mega Man, Archie (the comic series) and the New Crusaders. I may as well tell you what I have gotten my hands on.On the top left is the first trade paperback: Let the Games Begin. The first volume that covers the first four issues that retell the first Mega Man game complete with the six Robot Masters, Dr. Light, Dr. Wily, Roll and of course Mega Man. I ask why Rush is in the cover too since he doesn't appear till the end of Issue 12. My guess it was to help promote the comic since the trade uses the official cover for Issue 1 and I love it. The paperback also showcases the variants for all four issues and they are awesome.
On the middle top is the second, Time Keeps Slipping. This covers issues 5 through 8 introducing several new characters as well as the Powered-Up Robot Masters, OilMan and TimeMan. The two are really interesting characters sharing different traits and personalities. The last issue to me is a bit of a letdown because I thought we'd get some big ass brawl but nope, not really. At least in my fic, I rectify that by having that big brawl. The cover they use is of Issue 5 Official and it's great. It also has the variant inside and it's great.
The top right is Volume 3, The Return of Dr. Wily. It's a four issue book that retells Mega Man 2 and boy, it's a well done series. There are a lot of good moments not to mention that it makes homages to several internet memes such as the Hyadain music. Trust me, you'll like it. The cover is used of Issue 9 and it's lovely seeing Dr. Wily's evil mug smiling mischievously. Simply cool.
And in the bottom is Issue 17 with Proto Man in all his glory called Proto-Type. Me and really like the two-parter that Archie had done providing a great backstory for Proto Man. However, the next issue is one we DREAD the most. Why? Because it involves Roll, the one-dimensional quaky bitch Quake Woman and Splash Woman, a robot mistress from Mega Man 9 and is the first female Robot Master. Too bad she is just too easy with the Hornet Chaser.
The only thing I'm missing are Issues 13-16 hence I plan to get my hands on the Volume 4 Trade Paperback coming out in December. Not only that but I need to get the other issues 18-20. I'm really excited for Worlds Collide. Why? Sonic and Mega Man together in a 12-issue saga that spans three comics; Mega Man, Sonic the Hedgehog and Sonic Universe. That to me is awesome!
Okay, that's about it. Leave a comment if you want.

You have them two?!nice!! i pretty much have all of them two and i'm waiting for the next issue. It's the only thing that makes up for the lack of a new Megaman game.
