Great job! The dragon's flaming body and the fire from the lake look great together, although at first sight it looks more like a phoenix rising from the flames than a dragon!
Even so, it looks amazing!

What a beautiful beast, it's like a mix between a European and Chinese Pheonix. (Japanese being a fire breathing dragon, Europena being a bird made of fire). Very nice effects to this, though next time prehaps you could make the fire spread out away from it as if ripples on water, instead of rising to meet it.
