I was quite entertained by the snippet XD

Snippet:

The leader clapped her dark green gloved hands and the dogs released their grip on Rambert and The Zauberer as she walked over to and crouched down beside Eldgrim.

Eldgrim weakly smiled up at her as he wiggled his fingers in greeting to the leader of their pursuers, “Good day to you, Sif. It’s been a long time.”

She smiled darkly down at him, “Eldgrim of Auwia, you have no inkling of how long I have been waiting for you, do you? DO YOU?!!”

The hood fell from her head to reveal her long, dark pink hair and knife shaped ears when she had shaken her head at him in rage. Rambert whistled a catcall at the reveal of the beautiful elf maiden. Her hands grabbed The Zauberer by the lapels of his robe, holding him so he stood on the tip of his toes.

She punched him hard in the face, causing his nose to bleed as he slumped back down into the snow. Before Eldgrim or any could respond he was once more in the arms of Sif, who cradled him against her bosom, “My poor darling, you’re hurt. Let me kiss it and make it better.”

She gently kissed his nose and the bleeding stopped. Eldgrim held his battered nose as he still remained cradled in her arms. He looked over her shoulder at Rambert with a “why me” expression clear on his face.

“I wouldn’t have had to do that if you hadn’t made me so angry. Leaving me alone for over a hundred years. I should punish you for that.” Sif told him.

Eldgrim said without thinking as he rubbed at his sore nose, “You mean that punch wasn’t punishment enough?”
