Realized I never actually posted this here, so here's an old sketch page I did practicing expressions (and figuring out how their faces work) for the main antagonists of my ttrpg campaign, Xyrk and Brassis.

Pretty happy with how these turned out overall, even if Brassis' mouth is a nightmare to draw (his outer row of teeth aren't mounted into his skull, so they move with his lips). It was a really helpful exercise.
