Description
This is the 2nd character of my new Sonic OCs that were inspired by the video game inFAMOUS Second Son. Neon is based on the neon powers that Delsin Rowe acquires later in the game. The two orbs in her hands are balls of neon phosphorus light, just like Delsin does when gets a new neon power after absorbing the energy from a D.U.P. core relay. The pink parts of her body glow like the light from a neon sign. I hope you guys like her.

Bio:

An ultrian girl who can manipulate and weaponize neon light. Neon has had neon powers for as long as she can remember and has dedicated herself to use her powers to help stop crime and evil where ever it can be found in Crystal City. She even created a team with Video the Fox and Concrete the Echidna in her pursuit to stop crime and evil in the city. Neon has been trying to recruit Smoke the Hedgehog to join her team but Smoke refuses to join. Neon's powers allow her to fire beams of neon light from her hands that can reach very long distances and she can use Light Speed to turn her body into neon light that allows to dash at super speed and can be used to run up the sides of buildings (Note: Neon can not run as fast as light, it's just a name for the move). Neon's attacks require neon energy to use and when her neon energy starts to gets low, the pink parts of her body that glow will start to dim. Neon can easily restore her energy by draining a neon source such as a neon sign. And just like Smoke's powers, Neon's powers give her a fast healing factor but it can be overwhelmed leading to death and must not take damage for a few seconds to take affect. She can also heal herself by draining a neon source.
