Description A suspension system with a progressive link that allow the use of shorter shocking absorbers, mounted lower and more inboard. This should produce a better balancing of the hanging bodies with a consistent weight saving. The progressive link produces smaller movements for the absorber compared with the wheel.

Firstly, amazing rendering.

Sadly, i cannot envisage how this would work in the current config, the suspension itself is ingenious, but you seem to have given the top and bottom Upright mounts vertical bushings.

Unless i am reading things incorrectly this would attempt to rotate the wheel about both the top and bottom wishbone mountings which would cause conflict, and at the same time, providing movement, horrifically negative camber compensation under roll

You're right about the wishbone mounting. In fact this is the first concept of the system going back to a couple of years. The latest version counts different wishbones and steering arms attacks, solving camber's problems. I'm testing it with a real 1:10 scale model and it seems to work correctly...
