Pretty amazing how people can look so radically different with different hair styles.
I'd say "they" would be the same woman. I know that affect, I have naturally curly hair and show up to parties with straight.

Hehe, I really like the difference in the two, the curly hair against the straight etc. It's not the most busy of pieces, but they've both got nice expressions and it's a clear, sharp shot.

They definitely look similar. Their chin looks different though, but it isn't enough to make me believe with 100% certainty that they arn't the same person.
