The patient has arachnophobia so you have toget rid of Savato quickly before it lays eggs. Use the scalpel to cut a strand from the web, be careful it melts the scalpel so you have to wait for a new one to arrive. Also, Savato will release immature Savato bodies so zap those with the lasers, they crawl around in a disgusting way so please get rid of them quickly!

Once the web is gone you can zap that big Savato body with the laser, be sure to suture up any lacerations and zap up any immature Savato because if they grow up big and breed the world will be overpopulated with them. After a while the laser will destroy Savato's protective shell, that is when you need to slash it like a ninja with that scalpel. Repeat until big Savato turns into a cannibal and sucks up all its babies for nourishment. (DISGUSTING!)
Now that Savato has tasted baby blood it will go on a rampage and slice up the patient like sushi, so use the Healing Touch to stop time, smack Angie's butt and then inject Savato with the syringe to deal the final kill. Savato will run around like crazy and rip into pieces. WELL DONE YOU BEAT THE FINAL BOSS!
