I wanted to post this last night, but I was so damn tired.

So, for one of the art trades that we did, she asked me to do a picture of something that was an actually something that the creator WANTED to do.

When Robot JOnes was in production, Greg Miller's attempt was to have it like if the show was The Wonder Years and focus on Robot's life through the 80s. The ending however, is when he finally snaps and leads a robopocalypse which destroys humanity or at least enslaves it.

Personally, I think the ending is kind of stupid considering all the good times Robot had and all the friends he's made during that time.

Naturally, I don't see it as non canon, BUT....for me and Morgan's future Helluvaverse, we decided to make our OWN version of the Robopocalypse:

During the Harvest dance ala Carrie, Robot gets pushed around or something which causes him to snap and use the electric to control all the robots in the town to attack humanity. However, after hearing the cries of his friends Socks, Cubey, Mitch, Shannnon and Lori(Morgan's OC), Robot starts to feel guilty and sends them away.

Robot begins to regret his actions and cry...only for the Yogman twins to appear with baseball bats behind him. To the horror of his friends, Robot is smashed to pieces. THis causes all the robots to shut down and everythign to get back to normal, albiet there are some casulties along the way. The Yogmans are sent to juvie for everything that happened in the show and Robot is thrown into a dumpster.

And as for Robot's friends? They split up, but they never forgot that day.

Until...some 30 years later...when Robot is found by a certain sockhead boy.

To keep up with the Robot Jones style I decided to draw it on paper, but I only used the ProCreate to make the fire effect and the comic styled onomonopea.
