For her End of the Year contest, she had a lot of potential memes that could spell potential for me to draw out. One of them that intrigued me is her potential Frog Prince inspired story. So, I figure I do it because The Frog Prince is an interesting fairytale for its Beauty and the Beast type story(except well, the Princess, who I usually name Valerie is the selfish one and the frog is the one who is kind enough to help her despite all the trouble she gives him).

However, one of the major morals is promises are to be kept, no matter how big or small. And also don't take someone's kindness for granted as Valerie had to learn the hard way.

Before Disney's made their version with The Princess and the Frog, the two major versions I really enjoyed were Faerie Tale Theatre's version which was their first episode and it was starring Teri Garr as Valerie and Robin Williams himself, being as hilarious as ever, as the Frog Prince and the Happily Ever After: Fairytales for Every Child version starring Cree Summer(Numbah 5) as the Princess, here named Ebony and Sinbad as the Frog Prince Ali.

There was also a Muppet version which debuted Kermit's nephew Robin and it was probably the closest thing to a Disneyfied version of the story with the princess Melora being sweet and kind and an all out villain and such.

For this, I decided to draw out the scene where Amy as Princess Valerie(Melora/Ebony) meets Tony the Talking Clock(from Don't Hug Me I'm Scared) as the Frog Prince after she dropped her golden ball down a well and he offers to get it back on the condition that she'd invite him to dinner and a sleepover(sleeping on her softest pillow counts).

I have to admit, I tried watching DHMIS, and it's pretty...disturbing if you ask me. And normally some of the "disturbing" shows don't freak me out for some reason. But Tony was so easy to draw.
