Description Day 6 of the 25 Days of Christmas

This cast meme was so worth the work on because surprisngly enough, I was working on this one for TWO YEARS. When the first annual 25 Days of Christmas came out, I wanted to do this one, but I was stumped on who was going to be who at the time. I had only a Clara,  her family, Mother Ginger, Shiver and the Ballerina and Sweets Cavalie. So, I held it off.

Thanks to me getting into new shows and movies and decipehring them very carefully, I was able to FINALLY get who I wanted in this cast meme and get it done in time for today.

So, this is another Nutcracker adaptation that I really liked. I saw this with my friends int he movie theatre in 2018 and in this, I really like the different take on it(even if it isn't EXACTLY what I wanted in a different take on the Nutcracker) as it's very clever and inventive.

So, without further ado, I proudly present...my cast for The Nutcracker and the Four Realms.

Cue the overture: www.youtube.com/watch?v=X29x79…

Clara Staubaum-Wendy Darling(Peter Pan)-Clara, the main protagonist of the story is a girl who daydreams and creates gadgets galore. On Christmas Eve, Clara recieves a gift from her late mother Marie: a music box with a lock that can't be opened without a specific key. Curious, she heads to Drossylmeyer's during the ball her family attends so she can figure out what it is especially given that her family is still grieving from her mother's death. After a fall out with her father, Clara, along with some other children participate in following a row of strings that lead to their Christmas presents, but her string leads into a magical world called the Four Realms where it was revealed that her mother Marie ruled there as queen for a while, thus making her technically a princess. After learning about the Four Realms and Mother Ginger's banishment, Clara decides to find the key that will open the msuic box and bring closure to her mother's death. Clara heads to the fourth realm to steal the key, but is disappointed to find nothing...and encounters Mother Ginger who turns out to be innocent. Upon finding out Sugar Plum is a traitor, Clara thinks she is to blame for everythhing until shhe finds out that the music box contains a mirror with the right answer she needed: herself. So, she, Phillip and the other regents Silver and Hawthorne escape and with Mother Ginger's aid, they manage to fight of Sugar Plums' army and shut the machine. After realizing that Sugar Plum is set in her ways, Clara uses the machine to turn Sugar Plum back into a toy, ending her tyranny for good. Clara, with a newfound love for herself leaves back for the real world where she reconciles with her father.

So, finding a Clara for this was easy to do so I went with someone who I could relate to the character. Wendy, a young 12 year old girl living in Edwardian England, loves to tell Peter Pan stories to her two brothers John and Michael. However, this gets her butting heads with her practical father George who wants her to grow up and get ready for the real world. This is what gets her to accept Peter Pan's invitation to go to Neverland with her. However, upon arrival, Wendy finds out the hard way that growing up isn't so bad as she endures a string of bad luck. The straw that broke the camel's back is when she sees Tiger Lily kissing Peter Pan during the Natives' celebration while she was getting firewood. Despite this, she remained an positive attitude and provided a mother figure towards the Lost Boys(she literally sang a song about the importance of a mom to them). When in the face of danger on the accoutn of Captain Hook and the pirates, she was able to stand up to them and make her decision not to join his crew clear. Wendy partakes a bit in part of the hbattle, making sure that the boys are safe and cheering on for Peter when he fights Hook one and one. After Hook is defeated, Peter takes Wendy and her brothers home. By this point, she reconciles with her father, tellign her she's ready to grow up, but George, having a change of heart, allows her to grow up when she's ready. By the time of the sequel, she is grown up and has two children of her own, but she doesn't fully grow out of her childhood love for telling Peter Pan stories, even if her reunion with the real deal was bittersweet.

The ironic part of this casting is that when I did The Nutcracker Prince back in 2020, I used Alice from Alice in Wonderland and Alice and Wendy were voiced by the same actress and went through the same character development.

Phillip the Nutcracker-Hunter(The Owl House)-Philip, the Nutcracker is a warrior of his own right, but while he's doing his job as a soldier, he does tend to be like that of a normal teenager. That being said, when Clara met Phillip, Phillip was doing his job of guarding the bridge that leads to the most dangerous realm, the Fourth Realm. He stands guard and orders Clara not to cross the bridge, but when she reveals that she is the daughter of Marie, the original queen of the Four Realms, he agrees to take her across the bridge. While passsing the four Realms, Phillip explains about the Fourth Realm was run by Mother Ginger and that she was banished there years ago. By the time they have arrived at the castle, Phillip informs of Mother Ginger's attack.  Throughout the movie, PHillip joins as Clara's companion, trying to help her figure out what the key and her music box really means as well as watching over her at everything she goes through in her journey. When he finds out about Sugar Plum's tryanny and Mother Ginger was innocent, Phillip is just as shocked and horrified as Clara that they were involved with Sugar PLum's plan to rule the Four Realms solo. Phillip along with Clara, Hawthorne and SHiver manage to escape the observatory and find Mother GInger so they can attack the tin soldiers Sugar Plum sent out to destroy Mother Ginger's realm and capture Mother Ginger. While Clara takes on Sugar Plum, Phillip and Mouserinks the Mouse King take on the toy soldiers. After Sugar Plum is defeated, Phillip gives Clara a heartfelt goodbye before he takes his place as the next regent of the Four Realms along with Hawthorne, Shiver and Mother Ginger.

So, regarding by binge on The Owl House, I'm glad that I watched Hunter's character development in full view because I was having a hard time trying to figure out who would work. Since everyone voted for Hunter, I figured it would make much sense. So, Hunter is basically a Grimwalker, kind of like an artificial human(or a toy so to speak) who is ordered to carry out the orders of Emperor Belos and make sure that nothing comes between him and his plans to carry out the Day of Unity where he would exterminate every witch in the Boiling Isles. Hunter is also very protective of his job and takes it seriously which is one of the things that conflict him with his own moral conscience. Thoughout the season, Hunter carries out his duties, but hopes to be a real guard like his ancestors once were(or so hhe thinks). However, over the course of the season, Hunter begins to form real friendships in his palisman Flapjack, Luz, Amity, Willow and Gus. When he finds out the truth about Belos' reasons for the Day of Unity as well as his "heritage", Hunter is crushed and afraid, but he eventually joins in the heroes' side and joins the battle to save the Boiling Isles from his "father". By the end of the season, Hunter has officially joined The Hexside Squad.

*I am not watching Season 3 until 2023, so this is where the spoilers stop*

This was a very hard casting choice considering that although in the original story The Nutcracker was Clara/Marie's main love interest, the two of them are more on a platonic level in this version, yet it was also would've been too obvious and OOC if I chose Peter Pan himself as Phillip. And for the record, I don't ship Hunter/Wendy, I just did his cast for personality reasons.

Fritz Staubaum-John and Michael Darling(Peter Pan)-Fritz is Clara's younger brother. Although having a more minor role and having an adaptional heroism here than in the ballet/book, Fritz is the youngest child in the Staubaum. Like any kid his age, Fritz becomes enthralled in the inventions Clara has made. On Christmas Eve, he and his family go to the annual ball, but before they go, he gets a present from his late mother: a collecton of toy soldiers. Fritz, among the other kids, participates in finding the present from the strings they follow and gets a nutcracker as a present. He doesn't appear again until the end of the movie where Clara returns home and makes up with her father.

Hey, if I was going to have Wendy as Clara, it'd only seemed fitting that I would have these two as Fritz. Two bros are better than one. As their sister usually tells Peter Pan stories, they like to act them all out. However, when Wendy is announced she'd be leaving the nursery, they're also appalled at their father's decree, but are crestfallen with both that and that Nana, their dog was "fired" from her job as a nurse. They too, take on Peter Pan's offer to go to Neverland where they quicklymake friends with the Lost Boys, nearly run into trouble with the Neverland-Native Americans and have the time of their lives...until Wendy reminds them of ther mom back home. Then they and hte Lost Boys get captured by Captain Hook and his pirates. When Peter Pan arrives to face off Hook, John and Michael along with the Lost Boys deal with Smee and the pirates. With Hook disposed(til the sequel), Peter and the Lost Boys take Wendy adn the boys home where they head to bed while Wendy reconciles with her father.

For this, John will get a book and Michael will get the toy soldiers from their mom while for the presents they get two nutcrackers each.

Louise Staubaum-Sophie Hatter(Howl's Moving Castle)-Louise is the older sister to Clara and is a little more responsible. Despite this, she does have her own set of charm and whim to her when it comes to supporting her sister. Since she has a minor role in the film, she was looking out for her sister and because their mom isn't here, she has to be the mediator between Clara and her father whenever they have a disagreement. After Clara comes back from her adventure in the Four Realms, Louise reuinites with her brother and sister as they and their father go back to the party and dance following Clara's reconcilation with her father. When finding an older sister character for this role, it was a little tricky, but I was able to find someone who was older enough to be like the best big sister for Wendy. Going through my options, I decided to go with Sophie Hatter. WHile Sophie went through her OWN little adventure, she is more level headed than those around her, which enables her to see past Howl's own insecurities and fall in love with him, but she's also kind of like a mom figure to Markl and to her fomer enemy the Witch of the Waste and is able to be serious when she needs to be(case in point when she was able to try to stop the war going on out there with Madame Sulliman). She ends up becoming more confident in herself and learnign to love herself as well.

Marie Staubaum-Mary Darling(Peter Pan)-Marie Staubaum is Clara's late mother and the central figure of the story. Prior to the events of the movie, Marie created the Land of the Four Realms and was its queen there. She had brought everything to along with her favorite toys and made sure everything was going smooth. One day, she left for the real world to grow up and form a family and entrusted the main toys Sugar Plum Fairy, Shiver and Hawthorne to rule the land together and wisely. By the time the movie starts, Marie had just passed away and her family are still grieving over her death. Before she died, she was to give Clara and her siblings thier Christmas presents with Clara recieving and egg shaped music box and she'd have to find the key. Due to Marie's death, this makes Clara technically a princess of the Four Realms, but after the adventure she had, Clara steps down and like her mother chooses the real world, but promises to come back, thus returning to her as the strong woman Marie saw her as. Mary only appears in the beginning and end of the movie where unlike her husband, Mary believed in Peter Pan as more of the spirit of youth. She loves her husband and children, but sometiems would have to be the mediator between Wendy and George who'd sometimes butt heads with each other when it comes to growing up and Peter Pan in general. While NEverland was a pain in the ass for Wendy, it was her mother's love and support that not only keeps Wendy wanting to come back, but grow up and eventually gets her brothers to remember as well.

Benjamin Staubaum-George Darling(Peter Pan)-Benjamin Staubaum is Clara's father. Unlike his late wife, Benjamin is more practical and always making sure everything goes right on schedule. He often butts heads with Clara for she rather daydream or run off from gatherings to follow her imagination or find clues about her mom. He gives each of his children their presents for Christmas, but warns Clara not to stray from the party and he'd like to have a father-daughter dance with her. When she comes back from visiting Drossylmeyer, they have a falling out. By the time CLara returns from the Four Realms, Benjamin apologizes and makes up with Clara, both finding an understanding with each other. In Peter Pan, George Darling was more of a practical man, beleiveing that the kids when they are old enough should get ready for the world(as this was the Edwardian age). As Wendy is of age, this leads him to butt heads with Wendy. The straw taht broke the camel's back is when he announces Wendy is to get a big girl's room, leaving her childhood behind. Sometime after, he and Mary come back from the party to find that Wendy and her brothers are still home(despite the window being opened), but when Wendy announces she's ready to grow up, George reveals that he has changed his mind and that Wendy can stay in the nursery, reconciling with his daughter. That and also seeing a pirate ship in the sky like the one he saw when he was a child, indicating that he MAY have been to Neverland when he was a boy.

Drosselmeyer-Stan and Ford Pines(Gravity Falls)-Drossylmeyer is an inventor, NOT the nephew to the Nutcracker nor godfather of Clara. Drossylmeyer only appears in the beginning where Clara and her family are invited to his Christmas Eve party. Clara goes to see him downstairs in order to ask about the music box her mom left behind and gave to her as a Christmas present and helps him fix some of his gadgets. Before he could andswer her question, the party begins and Clara leaves, but not before Drossylmeyer tells his owl to go and keep an eye on her. He then appears at the party announcing the Christmas presents to the kids in the form of follwing the string. Later, it's implied that he knew Clara found out hte secret all along and that her mom was the cleverest person he knew.

So, I was stuck as I wanted to use Ford who is knowledable in the world of inventing and he knows a bit of the supernatural world given that he was trapped in Bill Cipher's dimension for a while and he has a close relationship with his great-nephew Dipper who is into the sciency stuff like him. He's also very mysterious and gives some grandfatherly advice when needed(even if it is because partually due to the bitter relationship he had with Stan). However, I also wanted to use Stan because Stan is a master showman, a very cryptic man who while greedy is a good grandfather figure to Dipper and Mabel and he gets along well with Mabel. Despite their major differences with Ford being more mature than Stan, they are shown to be a good team when they work together and they can give their great-grandchildren some good advice on how to deal with the supernatural and even hehlp them fight off Bill Cipher.

In this version, it's implied that Stan went to the Four Realms, had a short relationship with Eda and then left to go back to the real world and there are times where he missed her.

Shiver-Snow Miser(The Year Without a Santa Claus)-Shiver was one of Marie's favorite toys and is one of the rulers of the Four Realms. He rules his section of The Land of Snow where it's eternal winter and his job is to make theh snow come down once in a while. Like with the othehr regents, he is shocked to learn that Marie, the former queen has passed away, but is happy to know that Clara, Marie's daughter is eligible to take the throne as she is a princess. Shiver takes her to his realm, but not before warning her that the Fourth Realm is a dangerous environment to be in unless she wants to get involved with Mother Ginger.  After it was revealed that Sugar Plum Fairy is the true villain and Mother Ginger is innocent, he is put into the observatory, but escapes and fights with the heroes. After Sugar Plum is defeated, Clara decides to go home, Shiver continues to reign the Four Realms with Phillip, Mother Ginger and Hawthorne by his side. So, finidng a character to play him was so easy. Shiver, for the most part is kind of a bit humerous at times, so I went with someone who knows how to work around snow AND is a bit humerous: Snow Miser. Snow miser, one of the Miser Brothers is only known for two scenes: the first is where he's fighting with his brother during Jingle, Jangle and Vixen's attempts to get to Southtown and when the two elves, Mrs. Claus, and Iggy head to his domain to ask him to send a snowstorm in Southtown. Unfortunately, the only way he can do that is if they can get Heat Miser to agree to let it snow(as it's in his territory). After some "negotiating", Snow Miser and Heat Miser agree to give each other's weather to their respective locations for Christmas. In the sequel, he and Heat Miser put aside thier differences in order to save Christmas from their brother North Wind.

Hawthorne-Stolas(Helluva Boss)-Hawthorne was one of Marie's favorite toys and is crowned one of the rulers of the Four Realms. Hawthorne's section of the Four Realms is the Realm of Flowers where it's eternal springtime and it's his job to make the flowers bloom. He tends to be more serious about his job, but he does show a bit of a silly side to him once in a while. When Clara arrives in the Four Realms, he is shocked to find out that Marie, her mother and the previous queen had passed away. Like with the other members, he figured that if Marie had a daughter, Clara is worthy of becoming Queen of the Four Realms. As such, Hawthorne organizes a pagent for Clara, but not before he and the other regents tell her that it's forbidden to go to the Land of Amusements. Hawthorne appears when Clara is given a tour and gives her a bouquet from the residents of the Four Realms. When Sugar Plum betrays everyone, he is locked in the observatory, but he joins the fight along with the heroes to stop Sugar Plum from taking over the four Realms. After Clara decides to go home, Hawthorne understands and continues to rule over the Land of the Flowers, but this time with Mother Ginger(proven innocent), SHiver and Phillip to rule with him. This character was a little tricky to figure out, but then I remembered my favorite character Stolas. While Stolas is flamboyant and silly, there are times where he would take his job very seriously as without the grimmoire, he could be in big trouble as it's a symbol of the Goetia royalty. That and he also partakes in the royal stuff that's going on like when he has to host the annual Harvest Moon festival every year and participate in the social gatherings his ex-wife did. Aside from that, from his childhood, Stolas is also shown to be into botany which is part of how Vizziepop manage to take influence for the series and it shows throughout the series as he plants in various pics of him and in Loo Loo Land, he has been taking care of his plants(the ones that survived Stella's rage). However, despite his crappy life prior to the events of the series, Stolas is a goodhearted prince who wants to express himself and understand himself better as a person rather than a royal figurehead like everyone else sees him as. It also helps that the two people he loves: Octavia, his daughter and Blitzo, his boyfriend.

Harlequin and Cavalier-Pete and Stan(Tangled the Series)-Harlequin and Cavalier are the two guards who stand outside the royal palace that belongs to the three leaders after Queen Marie left for the real world. At firs the two don't recognize Phillip when he enters, but when he reminds them, he also introduces them to Clara...as the daughter of Queen Marie. Now knowing her association with the former queen, Harlequin and Cavalier let Phillip and Clara into the palace and are to guide her and PHillip when they enter the Land of Amussements. They are the only ones who manage to survive the fight between the Mouse King and his army. While it is unknown if they knew about Sugar Plum's betrayal, but in the end, the two take over Phillip's job of guarding the bridge to the Four Realms.

So, these two guards were easy as pie because although like Harlequin and Cavalier, they have minor roles in the series, they still make up for it in every scene they're in. Their main job is to make sure that Rapunzel is safe and Eugene is not up to his old thieving ways again. Throughout the series, they make quite a comic relief duo as they either fall for the main gang's tricks or try to follow the Captain's orders, but end up slipping up. However, despite all this, they are willing tio defend their kingdom from any threat there is to come...as long as the threat isn't each other.

*I know i was going to do these two seperate, but personally, I figure it was easier if I were to do them together.

The Sugar Plum Fairy-Baroness Von Bon Bon(The Cuphead Show)-The Sugar Plum Fairy or Sugar Plum for short is one of the four regents of the Four Realms and was once one of Marie's favorite toys. She rules over the Land of Sweets, a land of candy and sweet treets. On the outside, Sugar Plum is kind, motherly and wants what's best for her people. When she finds out about Marie's death from Clara, like the rest of the regents, she figured that if Marie had a daughter, then Clara would take her place. She accompanies Clara to the ballet and explains to her the story of the Four Realms along with a machine that they will use to stop the "evil" Mother Ginger. She steals the key from Clara under her nose, activating the machine to bring an army of toy soldiers to life and revealing to Clara that after Marie left, she was so angry that she refuses to share the lands with the others and would rather rule the land by herself as its queen and turn Mother Ginger, who turns out to be innocent and the other regents into toys and dispose of Clara. As she brings the attack on the Fourth Realm, Clara and the others escape to warn Mother Ginger. Just as Sugar Plum eventually has captured Mother Ginger and has prepared the machine, Clara tries one last time to reason with her, saying that she understod how she felt about Marie leaving for the real world, but Sugar Plum refuses to change her ways...only for her to realize that Clara, knowing this would happen, switches the machine turning her into a lifeless porcelain toy as punishment, ending her lies and manipulation and toy army for good. With Sugar Plum defeated, Phillip takes over as regent of the Land of Sweets.

Thank GOD I watched The Cuphead Show, because not only did i have a character who was not only a villain, but a royalty villain who ironically has a candy theme to it. So when I was watching her debut episode, I realized that I have made a perfect choice. Baroness Von Bon Bon, the sole ruler of the hidden world of Sugarland, acts motherly, kind and pun intended, sweet towards Cuphead, even offering him a chance to live in Sugarland forever as its king and eat all the treats he'd desire. However, Cuphead is genre savvy to know that if he eats anything, she'd eat him alive. Bon-Bon however, manages to maniuplate him into eating some of the sweets only on two conditions: 1) don't tell anybody about Sugarland and 2) don't eat her candy castle. Mugman and Cuphead broke those two rules and it's revealed that Bon Bon DOES plan on eating them...after they've turned into candy.

Mother Ginger-Eda Clawthorne(The Owl House)-Mother Ginger is the ruler of the Land of Amusement aka the Fourth Realm. At first she was presented as a evil figure towards the rulers of the Four. Realms and she was banished from ruling together with the other rulers. She at first apepars as an obstacle for Clara and Philip, using her mice minions including her loyal friend Mouserinks aka The Mouse King to take them and other tresspassers away from the land of Amusements. However, while Clara was trying to find the key, she comes face to face with Mother Ginger who tries to warn her about Sugar Plum, the regent who banished her in teh first place. Turns out Mother Ginger was innocent and she's a wanted criminal because she refused Sugar Plum's idea of being queen in the first place. Realizing the truth, Clara and the others enlist Mother Ginger and her mice to help take down Sugar Plum Fairy and her army of toy soldiers. After Sugar Plum is defeated, Mother Ginger makes peace with the other regents and continues her reign in the Four Realms. In personality, Mother Ginger seems scary at first, hell, maybe even sounding like she's the bad guy, but in reality, she's a kind, grandmotherly like character who can kick ass with her whip. Watchign the Owl House, made me think of Eda in the role. Like Mother Ginger, Eda was an innocent young woman who was ostracized by her peers for two things: 1) her curse as the Owl Beast which she obtained from her sister Liliith when she was a little girl and 2) her standing up to oppressors like Emperor Belos who wants to place her in a coven...HIS coven in order to make her fall in line. When she meets Luz, at first she wanted nothing to do with her, but over the course of the series, Eda begins to form a motherly bond with her apprentice even to the point where she tries to protect her from the Day of Unity that is to come. Also, here, Eda would a be a little more sassier and she'd be using BOTH forms of the Owl Beast here.

The Ballerina Princess-The Ballerina(Fantasia 2000)-The Ballerina Princess only appears as a minor character in the movie. In the film, when Clara enters the land of the Four Realms, she is invited by Sugar Plum to attend a special performance  performing the story of how the four realms came to be. As she dances, Sugar Plum explains the story, the ballerina continues to dance and the background changes within each scene of the story. After she dances, the ballerina and her various dancers gets an large applause from the audience. So, when I was finding a ballerina character who was minor...in a way, the Ballerina from Fantasia 2000 was one of the easier choices as in her role is minor, but here also major where she is portrayed as the love interest to the Tin Soldier. Every night, she does her pillorettes and also has to avoid the Jack-in-the Box's advantages, so when she meets the soldier, sparks fly. After the Jack-in-the-Box sends the soldier away, the Ballerina waits for him, having to avoid Jack-in-the-Box's advantages. When Jack-in-the-Box tries to force Ballerina to be with him, the Solider who has returned, saves her in time, leading to the Jack-in-the-Box falling into the fire, allowing the Ballerina to be with her true love.

Sweets Cavalie-The Steadfast Tin Soldier(Fantasia 2000)-Sweets Cavalie is the dance partner of the Ballerina. Like wiht the Ballerina, he only appears when Sugar Plum invites Clara to attend a special performance, tellign the story of the four realms. When dancing with Ballerina, the background changes with each scene of the story and he also get a large applause from the audience for his performance. The Steadfast Tin Solider, the love interest to the Ballerina was obviously the best choice here considering that these two are PERFECT for one another. Despite having only one leg due to the tin maker not having enough tin to finish it, the Soldier is happy to know that the Ballerina loves him, but the jealous Jack-in-the-Box sends him away by throwing a toy boat at him which leads him in an ride down the sewer and into the ocean where he is swallowed by a fish. Luckily said fish ended up in the home of his owner where he manages to confront the Jack in the Box and save the Ballerina, leadign to the Jack in the Box falling into the fire and allowing the Soldier to be with his true love.

Mouserinks aka The Mouse King-King and Owlbert(The Owl House)-The Mouse King aka Mouserinks is the loyal sidekick to Mother Ginger who lives with her in the fourth realm. While not the villain of the story(*spoiler* Sugar Plum is), Mouserinks is still a mischievious and cunning little mouse. He steals CLara's key upon arrival and while Clara gives chase, she ends up meeting Phillip and they enter the Fourth Realm. Mouserinks turns into a giant mouse(out of other mice) and chases after them. After Clara leads an army to the Fourth Realm, Mouserinks notices them and while Phillip and Clara escape with the key, Mother Ginger sends Mouserinks into the palace. Mouserinks comes to Clara's aid when the latter finds out about Sugar Plum's betrayal and offers his assistance in helping the others take thier kindgom back from Sugar Plum by turning into a giant creatures to fight the tin soldiers. After everything is restored, Mouserinks stands along his friends the other rulers as Clara makes her return home.

Since the cast meme made Mouserinks and the Mouse King two seperate characters, I had to look it upp and they are actually one and the same. BUT...since Eda has Owlbert and King as her own trusty sidekicks(with King becoming her adoptive son in the same time, it's safe to say that that you can't leave them out. So, Owlbert is Eda's palisman who has a mind of his own and he is one of the reasons why Eda is called the Owl Lady(aside from her owl like appearence and owl beast form). He's always by Eda's side and yet he has a senes of independence choosing to go onto Eda's staff whenever he chooses, but he also chooses his loyalty to Eda adn the gang when the Bat Queen offers her own safef and comfort.

King on the other hand, thinks he's the king of the Titans, and he has a major ego to boot as well. However, he later proves to be a great ally to Luz as he accompanies her on her many adventures around the Boiling Isles being the best little brother figure she's never had. In Season 2, he discoveres his heritage as the last Titan and also discovers he has powers which becomes useful during the days before the Day of Unity. And he even gets the Collector to play a little game with him on the account that his friends are safe which is like a big sacrifice in of itself. One thing puzzles me? Will he grow big one day? I think so.
