Description
Octavia has a good nose for corruption, and when that corruption seeps into her very own organization, she is not one to forgive and forget.
When Octavia started noticing that internal documents and communications went missing, she already suspected something was up, and not knowing the source, she investigated it by herself not knowing who could be involved. After some digging, she found Delilah, a relatively new colleague of hers, who was supposed to handle the paperwork every time it went missing. But the final straw was Delilah suspiciously having a quiet phone call in the bathroom, after checking that all the stalls were empty she spoke freely to her traitorous friend. But naive Delilah did not check the vents, so Octavia stealthily listed in on a phone call:
“Just wait a few days. I can sneak out the rest of those files you wanted, but I need to space the ‘misplacements’ out a bit, so these idiots won’t get suspicious.”
These are not exactly the words of an innocent person. Content with having identified the traitor, Octavia had to decide on what to do. Instead of exposing her publicly, and risking losing face by exposing that the organization hired a spy, she decided to deal with her internally, and after a few confidential communications with the top brass, all the arrangements were made.

A few days later, Octavia and Delilah went on an extermination mission together. They were already fully geared up when they approached the old building where they would find the “target”. The girls were wearing black latex catsuits, nicely accentuating the natural curves of their bodies. As well as their trusty gas masks that were tightly strapped to their faces, letting no contaminated air in. But for this mission, simple filters were not going to cut it, they needed to bring their own oxygen supplies. They were going to pump this building full of poison gas so that wherever this target was hiding, they would stand no chance of getting out of there alive.
After setting up several hoses and interconnecting them, they opened the valves of the two large gas tanks they had brought sending the gas through the tubes through the external doors, windows, and ventilation shafts straight into the building from several angles.

After a few minutes, the girls got ready to go inside and confirm the kill. The method of fumigation was as efficient as they imagined, as when they opened the door they were greeted by towering clouds of yellow death making it hard to see and even more difficult to breathe for anyone not wearing a suitable mask. Octavia, being the kind lady that she is, let Delilah go first. When they both were inside, Octavia closed the door behind her, to not give the target an escape route. When they reached quite far into the gas-filled building without finding a single body, or even a sight of anyone having been there, Delilah asked, with a hint of impatience in her voice: “So, where is this little rat hiding?” She tried to peer through the deadly fog to look for anything or anyone but did not notice that Octivia was standing uncomfortably close behind her: “Don’t tell me they already ran before we even started.”
“I don't think she managed to run,” Octavia said, as she wrapped her arm around Delilah’s neck. Before she could react, Octavia pulled the mask from Delilah’s face, exposing her to a face full of poison gas. “I already found the little rat,” Octavia said.
Delilah, shocked by the revelation that she had been found out about her and the gas stinging her face and eyes, took an involuntary gasp, getting a nice lungful of poison. This disappointed Octavia, both, because this meant that Delilah had not taken her training seriously enough, and because now Delilah would struggle and suffer less, as the gas would take her pretty quickly.

But in the end, it did not matter. The only good traitor is a dead traitor after all. And Delilah was well on her way to becoming one of those.
