Giardino dei Boboli, Florence (Italy)

I don't particularly like modern art, but this work caught my eye and I spent no less then a couple of hours looking at it!
It's called Tindaro screpolato (Tindaro Crushed): a bronze sculpture of the Polish artist Igor Mitoraj .

The picture was taken in November 2006 and, as far as I know, the statue is still at the Boboli Gardens (Pitti Palace).
