I do. 
Rosa wasn't at all mean (or, for that matter, hard on the eyes), but I've always preferred Rydia myself. It's probably from a combination of her being the greatest offensive spellcaster AND she summons demons and dragons and other beasties AND she carries a whip. Oh yeah, and she's just super hot after she "grows up".
Luckily for the entire party there's Edge to step in and save the day. I mean, he keeps Rydia from making a mistake and settling with a paladin (She needs a freak.
