I love the figure on her, she really does look like an Utena character with her elongated, elegant proportions. You drew her fishnets really well too, they actually look like fishnets as opposed to criss-crossing lines that want to be fishnets. (As in how I draw them. >_<
I don't know if I can find anything to critique here, I like all of it!
