I do not take such decisions lightly, but when a nonprofit fails to respond within 28 calendar days to respectful questions about autism tailoring or demonstates unwillingness or (in the case of the JWF which has renamed itself Herizon to celebrate 20 years of operation) expresses outright hostility, I respectfully name and shame them on the Great Nonprofits website where all of these nonprofits shown here (and a number of others) have been; in the case of the KidSafe Foundation, this nonprofit was a grantee of Herizon.
Also in the case of Nonprofits First, it nominated but fortunately not honoured Herizon CEO Jennifer Kryshka at the 2022 Hats Off Awards.
Jana's Campaign (fortunately not on notice) eventually responded (and heeded the call) after more than 28 caleandar days.
Four of these nonprofits listed here are located in the Palm Beaches region in Florida - a possible problem region?

In consideration of naming and shaming these nonprofits among certain others, I am satisified with the following:
* All engagement was respectful and assertive with a focus on actions to be taken and did not involve profanity or derogatory terms nor was threatening; additionally, no personal questions were asked
* Reliable information sources including government websites were cited
* Corporate and not personal email addresses were used and no other unusual means were used to contact personnel of nonprofits
* No generalization has been made based on race/religion/gender or any other status protected under applicable law or regulation
* Sufficient time was given for the nonprofit in question to rightfully intervene
