This is me and my buddy dave at ohayocon 07 as the ice climbers. Me on the left as popo dave on the right as nana. Also worn at anime expo 07 and otakon 07. Made using a santa claus pattern with slight adjustments here and there. The hoods and yokes are actually 2 seperate pieces for ease of removal and wearing, that stuff gets so hot. We were dying at Anime Expo and Otakon it was like 95 degrees out and we're wearing parkas! Hammers are made of with a wooden pole and at the end is a pretzel barrel surrounded by balsa wood sheets adhered by hot glue. We actually were interviewed by anime news network in these costumes which is pretty funny.(picture thanks to fansview.com)Related content

I got there on the last day and it was getting real close to the closing time. So I decided to not go, but now I regret it. xD

well we thought it would be funnier if two guys did it. and it ended up being pretty funny in end. I tried calling dibs on Nana but my friend called dibs first.
