First off, I think this is really cool looking. I have seen many other "hair flip" photos, but this one stands out from the rest.
I think what makes it so unique is the awesome length of her hair and the reddish tones (I'm guessing that's either from warm sunlight or post-processing since she appears more blond in her other photos.)
The title is definitely fitting.
The only critiques I have is that it appears a tiny bit grainy (though this may be on purpose to give it the retro feel.) Also, her necklace is a little distracting. Both of these are minor things, however.
Over all, great work!
