This was....incredibly challengin...I don't even know how many layers I used or how long it has taken me to do.

As referance to draw this character. His name is Kurou and he belongs to =WhiteSpiritWolf
He was so hard to do so any feedback is not only welcomed but I encourage it. I would love to hear what yout think. (I hope I got his markings and details all correct)

The design and character all belongs to =WhiteSpiritWolf it is her OC.
He was really fun to draw. White has a lot of excellent wolf OCs.

Ah, I hope you don't mind me writing a little critique here ^^
Positives:
-The tail holds a nice air flow, it doesn't at all look stiff.
-The glowing or sparkle kind of effect was done nicely making it look much more realistic.
-Your lineart is clean, and shows parts of fur and muscle as it is needed to.
-The shade diffrences on color like around the back left leg where it goes from white to a dark grey, it doesn't look like someone who's overused the blur tool. It looks like it has been used in just the right amount.
-This pose is very unique, I haven't seen alot of people doing it.
Negatives:
-Well, one thing I cannot help but notice is the shape of the head. It looks like it has been squished down to something more of a dog then a fox.
-The stomach area around the back legs looks a little. . . Too thin ? Yes, that's the word. Even with this kind of pose, if the canine was standing, that area would be much to thin.
Anyway, hope I haven't been a downer because this truely is a lovely piece and you can see just how much effort has been put into this.

Thanks for the positives, I was trying new stuff with the fur, and I really have only gotten into drawing sparkles and glowy effects recently. So I am glad that you like it ^^
The pose is simular to one of the ref pics.
About the negatives.
Yes I noticed the head too. I am not good at drawing wolves/cannines...or animals in general on that angle. But hey, you only learn through practice right? ^^
And yes I know that it is thin, but don't worry that is delliberate. Whites character is meant to be thin, also I have a sort of 'thin' style as well.
