Just some pointers:
She'd be around Tails' height
The butterfly shape on her head is a barrette
Her eyelashes and the tufts of fur on the sides of her ears droop a little
The inner two brown stripes on her tail and her cheek stripes are a lighter shade of brown brown than the rest of her brown fur.
The two flowers on her tail are the purple ones from Green Hill and one from Little Planet you can see during the Good Ending cutscene of Sonic CD
