What is that you do in the 4th panel?
looks like youre adding all the texture with a brush on 1 layer, but i want to be sure

Yes, I've added concrete and sand phototextures to get more details quickly.

it's easy. I've take some textures from cgtextures.com, then put them above my drawing in Soft light mode, adjust this textures with levels and may be reduce opacity.
