Description
This is one page comic I made last night. The script is mine, too. Working title "David vs Goliath"
I wanted to try my black&white technique combined with red color.The original purpose wat that in their developement something like "anomaly"appeared. Just a missing article. Someone who hasn't discovered our conventional weapons. The gunpowder was discovered by accident, right?
Originally I wanted to add some transport ships and huge melee weapons or robots, too.. but it would exceed one page so I left only this simple idea. GOT MY FIRST DAILY DVIATION FOR THIS

I loved the wording of the script, and how you could say that they were frontin' if you needed to summerize.
The one thing that stuck out at me was the guy with the \/ shaped nose and no eyes on the right.

I loved the skilled use you gave to the colors red, blue and grey... though I found those grammatical errors a bit annoying.

Brilliant concept; it just goes to show that there is nothing really progressive about technological adavancment as a history. You make due with what discoverys are made and hope your ready when you take the next step. It's a gamble.

Graphic wise, very well done. However, the words could get some decoration, you know, a frame, more custom font with a lettrine in each frame, or just calligraphy in the whole, etc.

Great story concept. Most people assume that in order to travel the stars you need to be highly advanced in technology. But what if there was a loophole, or maybe some kind've lost technology like a stargate. These warriors found it and used it with what they have to conquer every world they march on.
Very interesting to think that we might be the most advanced civilization in the universe. After all, the odds of intellegent life (not life on other worlds in general) are rather slim if you look at the math.

I usually don't look at anything un-manga/anime like, so it has to be really dam interesting to draw me away. It would be totally kick-arse if this was a comic. I would read it!!!

The story is almost line for line from an old Sci-Fi short story, "The Road Not Taken" by Harry Turtledove:

A basic summary is that alien creatures, sort-of bear like, have conquered all the universe, great warriors and whatnot, and they come to Earth and land and come out in an old line-defense as the British used to do before the American Revolution, with flintlock guns, while the American's shoot them down with automatics, and steal the technology for space flight. In a nutshell. Its a great story, but your comic is almost word for word from it.
Lovely, lovely art though. Great sketchy designs and colorwork.

hmmm.. ja ti nevim. je to sporny. zase na HA chodej fakt jenom lidi, ktery tomu dejme tomu rozumej. kdezto sem chodi kazdej blbecek. nejvic je kdyz mi na nakej komiks nekdo napise, ze je to uzasny a je mu 14 a kresli si pastelkama manga. A podle me je tady takovejchhle lidi nejvic.
