Valentine's Day is ostensibly about couples. However that doesn't have to be the case.

Take Dee, she doesn't have feelings of romantic attraction really, but she does have things she loves. Her sisters, Pizza, her kitty Twinkiez and her teddy bear Murray...

Here we find the eldest Colesun sister treating herself to some of her favourite food in the company of her beloved teddy bear. Dee is quite happy alone, because she has figured out that love begins with loving yourself.

So on this Valentine's Day, if like Dee or myself you find yourself alone...treat yourself...because you deserve it
