The Looney Goons are a criminal mercenary group founded by an Australian ex tracker, Bryce Bishop.

They hire themselves out for all and any non-lethal contracts and have a reputation for being dare devils and also boast one of the world's largest Tiktok followings, regularly posting video shorts of their escapades.

The authorities unsuccessful attempts to remove and block their account simply adds to their legend and many see them as modern day Robin Hoods.

Backed by a formidable PR machine, the Looney Goons have become role models to many who are dissatisfied with the system, and they have spawned many imitators who seek to replicate their feats, often with tragic results.

Needless to say, any time the Looney Goons turn up in Verdant City, it means trouble for someone.
