Max Max-Dunbar drew the epic lineart of this one...I'm a big fan of Max's art and when I logged on today...had to work on this one
I've been very busy this past while and am missing my inking time. This was a treat for me...and I hope for you as well!
Used a .1 Micron and some new brush technique as well as my Pentel brush pen. About 3 hours.

I like your treatment of the feathers in the shadow areas. Nice texture. Is that just rendered through blacks or did you have to scratch out or white out?

First time to use frisket masking. Cut out the BG feather areas, then used a brush to do whatever it was I did, lol. Then peeled off the frisket and finished inking the rest. First time experiment with it
