Well, the expression “un cachas” means “a muscled man”. A guy that seems stronger than the others, because he has bigger biceps, or something like this…-Not me at all-

Anyway, feel free to use this photo like an “inspiration” or reference for a drawing, but please do not use the photo in a “collage” or something like this.
