More pixel art! This time something in more of my usual style. I actually designed this character a while ago, as a representation of the element water. But don't expect any other elements anytime soon, because I never really got around to doing the rest. Whoops.I have no idea how hair works. Or clothes. Or shading. But I think it turned out okay?
