For "drawing" I mean working with photoshop, but now photomanipulating or even drawing with a tablet

So tell me... how can you draw on paper and then digitalize your images?
Do you simply use a scanner?

Well.... I draw by hand on print paper, and if the sketch is dirty, I trace it by placing it up to a window (and that really hurts my arm after a while xD). Then if I want it, I'd ink it (but I've only inked one pic so far xDD). And then I scan it onto the computer and color it on photoshop :3
I don't have the money for a tablet or money for a special camera...
