 Burgermon (as his name implies) is a digimon dedicated to making food. He appeared in Digimon season 4, Digimon Frontier. And yes, his only purpose was to cook.  (I assume so, never really watched that episode, wouldn't suprise me if he turned out to be a bad guy).
