All six of us file out of the conference room, sighing. We exchange glances with each other, our weary eyes voicing out our thoughts. The conference was a let down. Albeit it was over one hour or so, it feels like a year has passed by. Our fans were restless, bombarding us with one question after another relentlessly. Most of the time, they just kept repeating similar queries after rephrasing them again and again.

Frankly, I think they were being very aggravating and indecorous. We were all vexed then but we tried to keep that fact hidden by remaining unperturbed. And so we did. Quite well, I think; even when our HOTTESTs appeared to be showing their horrid true colours. We scuttle towards our van, surrounded by throngs of fans behind us. My mind switches off automatically once I hear their high-pitched shrieks. Their voices are muted. I am now like a walking, mindless zombie.

We clamber into the van and on our way home, everyone remains silent. The lingering deathly silence is tainted by indignation. Soon, we arrive home and instantly after we enter our house, free from all the eyes and ears of others, we erupt like time bombs. Wooyoung knocks down the wall of quiet we had built before first.

"Why couldn't they ask us nicely?! Don't they have manners at all?!" He hollers.

Chansung grunts. "What do they think we are? Robots? What if they were in our shoes and we were in theirs, treating them like dirt. Would they like it if we did that-like how they treated us?" He takes a seat next to Wooyoung and slumps into it. I sit on an armchair, staring out the window.

"'Is Jaebeom a thief?'" Chansung rants on, imitating one of our HOTTESTs-I ponder whether she still is or not; whether they're all are still HOTTESTs or not. "It was just a freaking example! I can't believe their brains are that primitive to understand that. And she says I'm a dumbass." Chansung swears quietly.

"Yet they treated like it's real. Boy, can't they fathom such a simple thing. Chansung even stated that it's an example; loud and clear." Nichkun says, filling a glass with cold water as if that can lower his boiling temper. Taecyeon slams the counter and mutters something unintelligible.

"Thief, my ass. Jumping to conclusions. Stupid, ludicrous people…" Junho continues mumbling to himself.

Usually, we would scold one another for cussing. I guess a situation like this is an exception. I've never seen them so furious before. Well, why wouldn't they be? Our fans were acting like jerks. The way they behaved convinced me that the conference was actually an interrogation. They were the malicious police and we were the innocent thieves who had others' fingers all curled up, pointing at us.

They jeered and sneered at us when we one of us claimed that we were--are--all like brothers. It's true! We love each other dearly, Jaebeom included. I rise from my seat and drag myself to the room where we keep our fans' gifts and letters.

As my eyes lay upon them, daring from one item to another, I sigh. What happened to the HOTTESTs that yelled 'Saranghaeyo' and '2PM Fighting' whenever they saw us? Where are they now? Why is that now, when their loyalty is tested, they back out by going against us?
