Description
My first commission! Woo!First, this is for a client so because I don't do portraits often I am doing this by tracing a black and white copy of the photo underneath, lit by a lightbox.
Maybe thats cheating, but I feel more honest putting that out there rather than misleading others into thinking that "oh yeah I totally just copied that with no help.
Doing it all in prisma colored pencils.

Oh my god, it's GORGEOUS!
I particularly love the eyes, there's a very.... I dunno, SOULFUL feel to them. Like, they look like they are the eyes of an actual person and not just a drawing/photo, if that makes any sense...

0___0....that's not cheating...u need to practice to focus on drawing the real ppl. that would be helpful to improve ur own drawing skill of anime/cartoon-style. [--o--]
