It was... kinda more trouble than it was worth, really. I drew each panel in SAI, opened them in MSPaint to save them as .gifs (SAI doesn't allow that), then uploaded them into Falco Icon Studio to string them together. It was honestly the first gif maker I could find for free, but it works well enough. :3
