"This city is afraid of me... I've seen it's true face. The streets are extended gutters, and the gutters are full of blood... When the drains finally scab over... All the vermin will drown. The accumulated filth of all their sex and murder will fold up around their waists, and all the whores and politicians will look up and shout, 'Save us!'... and I'll whisper... 'No...' "There... was probably more I could do to him n' all, but I was a bit lazy and sleepy when I drew this up so not as great as it probably would be.

Thanks, wanted to give him that slim figure ^^ plus the skull pattern was intentional so I wanted to give that look for intimidation factor.
