Very cute picture, I like her epxression and the lineart is great, I even noticed the finer details you put on her uniform, like textures. Looks like you put a lot of hard work into this! Props on the color choices, too, very bright and cheery, just like she is here.

It's very nice! But I think the outlines on her mouth and eyes are a bit too dark compared to the rest of the picture.
