Description
On April 4th, 1904 Peace Talks were made between the French and British Empires, ending over one thousand years of strife and dispute between the two nations. This was a direct reaction to the Russo-Japanese War occurring that same year in February, which threatened to pit France and Britain against one-another to defend their allies.
However, in this timeline a more irrational British Empire intervenes in the war, over-confident from France's retreat from the 1898 Fashoda Crisis. This over-simplification was well misguided, and within one week France participated in the war on the side of Russia.
The war goes on for six years, ending in 1910. British and Japanese firepower overwhelm the underdeveloped Russian Empire. The 1905 revolutions cause Russia to surrender and adopt a republican model of government. Growing discontent of Central Europe causes the Triple Alliance of Germany, Italy and Austria-Hungary to declare war on the Dual Alliance of Russia and France.
After the Russian defeat France is complete encroached on all sides, including Spain.
Germany declares war on the Russian Republic to restore the Tsars and prohibit democracy from spreading throughout the rest of Europe. The United States does not see highly of this and toughens sanctions on Germany. Then in July 1907 the United States is attacked on two fronts by the British to the north and Mexicans from the south. The U.S.A was now locked in the Great War.
However, the allies failed to realize America's retaliation. Soon Mexico and Canada were both occupied by U.S forces.

In the London Peace Talks of 1910 All allied territories in the western hemisphere were to be granted independence or ceded to the United States. The British Empire sold Guiana to the Dutch to hinder american expansion. Canada seceded from the Commonwealth and a provisional government was established by the United States. The former province of British Columbia became the Vancouver Occupation Zone, or 'VOZ,' a neutral zone intended to form a passageway from Seattle to Alaska.
The con of the Treaty was that the United States lost its Pacific Holdings. The Spanish regained the Philippines from the U.S and Morocco from Spain, and also gained Gabon. Germans ceded French West Africa and the British Central Africa. The British also gained Turkmenistan and Afghanistan, making Britain the undisputed victor of the Great Game.

The Japanese gained considerable power, more of less filling the power vacuum of the Russian Empire. They gained Korea and French Indochina officially, but also had spheres of influence in Thailand and Manchuria.

Buffer states included Finland, Ruthenia, Poland, Lithuania, Baltic Duchy, Alash-Orda and Manchuria.
