even better, you can improve this suggestion making it a "poll/journal" like submiting a journal, that accepts css and all that stuff and in the bottom of the write up, the poll ^^, custom poll colors on the css thing would be good too! ^^

Love this suggestion. I was going to do a visual suggestion for this myself but never got around to doing it. And I do feel it is something that is needed. I kinda get tired of having to write descriptions in the first comment.
I agree with =shukugumo though about the description. I think it would work better underneath the question. I guess it isn't hugely important but these minor things could be overlooked in visual suggestions.

Hmmm, why don't the poll description goes right below the question? In my opinion, the box is rather disturbing... Well, it's only an opinion of a non subscriber

I like this idea - although poll titles can be as long as you want and can include a description in them. I like the placement of the text field as well.
If this were to become a reality - would the red text "(If Any)" be showing? Since that doesn't really fit in to the overall theme of the page, and isn't one of dA's official colors. Perhaps just not putting any "(If Any)" text, and just letting the user continue when creating a poll without a description?
