IT'S DONE! The Torva has been rebuilt, and turned out much better than the last attempt. This monster took about 4 months of grinding steel in the garage, hammering it into shape, spraying it down with lots of paint, hours of assembly, and hours of detail painting. This model fits better than the previous one, it moves better, and it even cost less. All in all, I think it was worth the effort.
(100th deviation, yay!)

Now, on to the stats...

Construction:

8 2x2 plates of 16 Gauge steel
1 1/2 plates of 22 Gauge steel (boots)
3 cans of black rustoleum spray paint
2 cans of purple valspar spray paint
1 bottle each of black, red, light grey, & dark purple acrylic paint
8-10 bags of machine screws (probably more)
About 10 cheap dog collars for buckles

Total Cost = $395.00
Total Weight = EDIT, The armor has been weighed, and clocks in at just over 54 lbs.
(I ran the numbers, and the armor in the game weighs almost exactly 48.5lbs.)
