The Doctor IS f*cking real!I found him on my history book. I felt like shatting bricks once I realized that the guy near Lenin looks so much like the ninth doctor [link] seriously
Now I just gotta find a pic where you can spot a Tardis near a garbage can or a bush or something...

There seems to be no exact name for it. In the book, it's just referred to as 'The reunion of Soviet from Petrograd, October 1917'.
