Edit: I'm working on some details that I missed, also, am taking care of the size of the character, quite a giant we have here
Me and my incredibly creative titles
Same character as before, just with minor changes ( like the clothes, for example)
I did enjoy making this, but I'm not satisfied... I feel that I killed the perspective
Surprisingly, the background came out pretty nice for a second attempt.
Still, I'd like some opinions and advice.

the perspective isnt really the problem what is is that she is too big for the back ground
she looks enormous compared to the building she is standing on
she should be tiny unless you were going for somebody the size of a transformer

i like the background and i appreciate the effect you tried to achieve...the perspective, however could use a little work

I agree that the character looks a little too stretched, so, too tall. As well as it seems like the character's left hand is missing a finger (or is it simply hidden?) What I really like though are the character's expression and the shading of the shirt.

I like where this is going.
The character seems a bit too large. From the perspective the subject looks to be two stories tall. The roof itself lacks details like a method of draining rain water or (more importantly) an exit that would give access to the roof top.
The textures and shading you nailed solidly down. Very impressive. The clothing as well.
Add some detail to the roof top and shrink your subject to about 1/4 of it's current height and you have an excellent piece that would look like a screen shot from a popular anime. :3
If you really want to knock this one out of the park... Add more buildings in the background. Even if they are shorter then the one the subject is standing on. Also adding the reflections of neighboring buildings to the mirror windows would give it depth beyond the image itself.

Yeah, you're right, there are some features that I missed that are important, guess I was so excited to finish it that I missed important detail such as an exit door on the roof
