I would say this is beautiful. Her eyes seem so alive and gentile. The earrings are also a nice detail that stand out well. The nose is nice (seems a tad small to me) and the mouth as well. The hair looks wild yet calm. Sorry for the long (and blabbering) comment, but I felt like I couldn't just say little.
