Description
THat time I didnt know who to paint. so i choose Jack Sparrow. heheStill one of my first few acrylic work.
Tried to paint with "strokes" but the strokes I applied on the skin are all the same size, making it look like Pointism style. lol
what I should have done is have different size of strokes applied to make it more natural.
and the background doesnt fit the subject. Still wondering how to paint nice backgrounds. hmm...
Inspired by Harley Brown.

Hello! Your work is featured here . I hope you don't mind?
(And actually I think the background is what improves it, makes it unique.)

This is a cool take, and the strokes of the paintbrush are actually very neat for this piece, so nicely done!

I love how, even with the pointism type painting style, it still looks ridiculously realistic. Especially the bandana/eye area. Another brilliant acrylic painting
