Background: Originally an experiment of Tails seeing if he could Repurpose Badnik parts and the gift of Gammas free will, Scraps was born working as an assistant for Tails. until Eggman felt slighted that Tails was benefiting from his work, he would create a situation to distract Tails while he kidnapped Scraps, he would then in an attempt to make tails feel the same pain and jealousy build upon what Tails had created (or Bastardised in Eggmans mind) Scraps would become Scorpeon, thinking he had undeniable control of Scorpeon he sent him into the field to cause destruction for Tails to see, this would end in failure for Eggman when after a brief battle Tails would work out who Scorpeon was and Scorpeon would remember Tails and his friends he made, returning to Tails and after some tinkering by Tails so that Scorpeon was no longer corruptible by Eggman remotely Scorpeon will remember a lone caged Black Wisp in the base Eggman had him & ask Tails & co for help saving it, they succeed and the Wisp bonds with Scorpeon though not 100% compatible Scorpeon would begin to have glitch images of others bonded with Wisps and a being that looks similar to the Mother Wisp but Masculine until these would overload his circuits and Tails would have to operate using Wispon tech and refined what Eggman had unwittingly gifted, making him part of the MPH series (though while bonded with the Wispon the Serial number & Zodiac brand is hidden), when he woke Tails asked what he would like as his name and he chose Scorpio, now on the search for these unknown Wisp users and greater wisp being he joined Team Boolensteel who assisted on the wisp rescue.
