so, how, exactley, do you do this? I mean, the abstracted-ness.
It always cunfuzzles me (how to do this).. and it always will.
I have no idea how I do mine.

i personally start off with a basic shape, bend it, stretch it, twist it and then 3-4 more times (not always in the same order) then give it some sweet material if i find or manage to make it myself render it, stick it in ps play around with ideas and in the end come out with some abstract image
