o.o id give tips but i find it so ingrained in my mind that i just cant...focus on teh light sources and muscles when shading? poses...um well draw what pose your mind sees them in? i guess hmm never thought too much on these
the lineart did wonders for this guy normally my lineart was sketchy this one not so much -w-

I'm a touch on the self taught side so my work is heavily based on manga and comic art. As such its all very stylized and exaggerated, which is why I really admire the restraint and validity of this character sketch

im self taught or was untill i hit high and then i took basic drawing classes that thaut me some skills i still use. mainly shading.
i was already decent in well poses aside from that i learned more off of better artists that i admired and from animals as a whole my first anthros are very interesting cases where i had to draw 2 things i werent used to human anatomy and a semi realistic style that makes it fit.
