I don't think you needed to add a border to this one, since it's in black and white the border becomes part of the composition, and it'd be a stronger picture without it I think. But it may not make that big of a difference.
Pretty shot, those ceilings of lights are always cool; especially when they reflect off puddles or cars. Too bad about the focus
