I love these design but here's a question I'msurprised no one is asking, Why are they Dragon types? They don't really look like dragons and you don't explain what they're based on so what's the deal with them?

You could of based the Piplup line on The Cockatrice, which is a Reptile/Bird hybrid or possibly go off the Concept that birds evolved from Dinosaurs(which are said to have created the myth of Dragons)
