Evolves from Electrode by leveling it up with a Speed Ball attached to it, in a power plant or radio tower.
Description: One of the fastest Pokemon, Staticus loves to race against any other beings, even if it means completely running out of electrical power and fainting.
With it's steel head, it is surprising that this atomic Pokemon can attain speeds that range in the mach 5+

Electrode is quite Useful i thing, having only one Weakness, great Speed 2nd Highest of nonlegendary), though his attack and special attack are low, he still can be useful i think

it's not the attack power, its the extremely small movepool only including Electic and Normal type moves (Bug with tutors)
