I see them as fake until proven real with reveals, I knew the leaks were a different case but I sort of believed they’re fake until Nintendo sued

That was so early into the reveal cycle, it being fake or not wasn’t immediately clear. It didn’t fool me, but this isn’t my first rodeo. Plus, the artist came forward pretty quickly.

The fact is, the games are already out there, be them review copies, stolen/snuck away from places of employment/etc. Clear pictures have been posted of practically the entire dex, so denying the validity at this point would be quite foolish.
