Wolverine, Ghost Rider, and Spider-man are made mostly from various G.I. Joes.

All three have neck joints made from the shoulder joints of Lanard's o-ring style Corps figures(they look just look the G.I. Joes from the 80s). Ghost Rider's skull head is swappable with a Johnny Blaze one.

Hulk was made from a Incredible Hulk movie figure head and feet, with LCBH Savage Dragon torso and shortened legs. Obviously, a lot of modification happens to these to get them looking the way they do. Sculpting extra muscle mass, details like hair and costume parts, painting, etc.
